  We got to the resort about 50 minutes before check-in time and were told that the room wasn't ready yet (not a problem) but that it was guaranteed for 4 PM... or later. We had 3 rooms booked and went back to the desk at around 4:15 only to find out that 2 out of 3 rooms were still unavailable. I understand that this kind of thing can happen and therefore didn't make a big deal out of it but I was slightly disappointed that nothing was offered to make up for the fact that they didn't deliver on the room guaranteed for a specific time. We stayed in Évolution suites. The rooms were very nice and we particularly liked the fireplace. Nice big comfy beds too. We made dinner reservations at Bistro à Champlain and had a lovely meal. We were also happy to find out that they had a vegetarian menu with tasty options. We had a variety of meals and they were all very good. They were also very good with working around our schedule (we had plans after dinner). Overall, very good experience.
